Well not much is new, all.
Things are going good and I hope they continue along this path. I feel a sort of long-lasting comfort and content.

Hello all. As I'm sure some of you have heard, congress is trying to pass a bill, called the "Stop Online Piracy Act".

Now, since the people who signed on SOPA are considered messing with the entire framework of the internet--which is, in fact, possible--the security and accessibility of anything on the internet will be lowered, thus defeating the "goal" of the bill itself; for sites will be easier to hack into, piracy sites easier to create, etc, etc, etc. Artists, much like ourselves, will be prosecuted for having even a slightly unoriginal idea. Cartoonists might be thrown out the window, fan fiction will not exist, people who use references for their drawings can and will be fined and possibly jailed for up to five years. Yes, that is the sentence: five years in prison, for trying to express ourselves. Now, I know you all use Tumblr, Twitter, Facebook, Youtube, Memebase, Reddit, Funnyjunk, etc, etc, etc, and all of these sites will either have the s**t censored out of them, or be closed down permanently. The thing is, as outlined in the video above, websites will still be accessible, as long as you type in the IP address. (ex. 17.451.789. etc)

Hello all

Just wanted to say (and, to put it blatantly, brag) that yesterday, I had a little Christmas party, with seven other friends and myself. I've never done something like that before, but hell, am I glad that I did. The presents that I received not only stunned me with their "spot-on-ness" of my personality and what I'd like, but of their careful consideration and deep emotional connection that they knew I'd have with each.

Basically, I was shocked at how well my friends knew me, because I fucking loved their presents.

As I gave my presents to them, I was so. Fucking. Happy. Not just because I'd worked damn hard on them and that the time had come, but because of their reactions. My cards that I'd taken at least fifteen minutes writing for each one made my best friend cry, my other friend cry, my guy friend tear up, and the other three I gave cards to loved them. The poems I wrote for my best friend and my other friend (Diana and Lexi) made them cry as well. I immediately was super proud, because my whole goal was to make them cry with deep emotional stuff.

I gave Diana a rose candle holder, a drawing of a wolf, a poem, a card, a necklace, and three rings.
I gave Lexi a card, poem, leather cuff and necklace.
I gave Chris a drawing of an eagle, and a graph paper notebook that he'd severely needed for his art.
I gave Lorenzo a bipolar bear bracelet, along with a card, and a little blue ninja.
I gave Jack a four-leaf-clover necklace, along with a card. And, apparently, myself.
I gave Naod a drawing of a German Shepherd, and a shark-tooth, Bob-Marley colored necklace.
I gave Ashley a card, a penguin necklace, and a drawing of a wolf holding ice skates.

I received:

Gloves, a necklace, lotion, and the first copy of Forbidden Love from Diana. ()
A hat that said "Swagg" from Lorenzo. ()

October, November and December are my favorite months besides April and July. I also am a fan of January and February. March is eh. June is alright I suppose, and August is pretty chill I guess. May is blehhh. September sucks, school starts then. And it bores me. It's like summer/fall which is annoying.
As you can see, I'm very indecisive. I never have one specific favorite.
Of anything. Ever.

But that's beside the point; it is in fact nearly Christmas (nearly is a very subjective word) and I have SOMANYPRESENTSTOGIVEOMG in which almost all of them need to be done before Christmas itself. Like-like-like the 17th. I need at least nine presents wrapped and ready to go BYTHE17THOMG. I need to get off my lazy ass and do them, in all honesty. But I do have most of them done and wrapped and ready to go which makes me very happy.

So, I hope you all are having a fantastic holiday season so far. (:

but anyway, i'm a sophomore now. (you know, i mentally say "soph-o-more" everytime i see that word but say it normally? tell me im not the only one.) and i have mostly regular classes. Chemistry (bleh), Algebra 2 (eh), Ap Government (omg, yay!), Creative Writing (fistpump), Health (meh), Spanish 3 (ehhhh) and
English Honors (ehhh)

there's some drama, but it's not too major
i've kinda hit a speed bump on the road of life, though -sighs-

i'll be fine. but anyway, i think that some of my recent writing (as in almost every single line i've written of poetry after "frost") is TERRIBLE, i'm really trying to see why i can't find a connect in some of my stuff, but maybe i've just been having off days. some of it's good, but most i have the urge to crumple and toss away. -sighs- maybe a poetry block is telling me to write my stories again, because those are becoming ever easier to do, so maybe i'll turn to them (:

it'll be a long and slow and arduous process, but i'll manage...hopefully
